“If you believe you can, you will.” This is what my friends told me while I was struggling with weight issues. Hello, I am Mihir Dalal, a financial consultant by profession and Herbalife Distributor. Years back, I was constantly struggling with weight issues due to my sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits. Within no time, the weighing scale displayed an alert with a mark of 97kgs from 65kgs.
